Shipping Information

All orders placed on palmachocolate.co.uk are processed within 1-2 working days. We ship out orders between Monday-Sunday with our courier partners Amazon Shipping, Royal Mail and UPS. Shipping time on average is 2-3 working days within the UK and the rest of the world is 3-10 working days depending on the location.

Next working day delivery is available when ordered by 12:00 (midday). If your order between Friday 12:00 and Monday 12:00 the item will be dispatched on Monday.

Palma Trade Ltd is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. Any fees or charges via the delivery courier is responsible by the customer.
